Our pizzas utilize a variety of traditional bases that include either our house roasted marinara, fresh marinara, or olive oil and garlic, along with five cheeses: aged mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, parmigiano pecorino & asiago. Then we add only the finest, freshest and most exceptional toppings.
Here at Wallabys Smokehouse we take pride in serving the highest quality food made from fresh ingredients. From the Idaho potatoes we peel and blend in house, to the croutons we put on your salad, we make it in our Restaurants. Our specialty meats are uniquely smoked, a process that takes 12-16 hours, giving you bold flavors and the most tender pieces of meat north of Australia. It isn’t always easy to make things from scratch, but we believe it matters!
